Battery Powered pH / ORP / Ion Transmitter
TRA-IS1-B1a
Input: pH-, ORP-, Ion-Selective Electrode via BNC Connector.
Output: Voltage Signal via BNC Connector (Refer to Transfer Function below).
Power Supply: For Transfer Functions with an output range up to ±3000 mV and 4 Li-Mn batteries, CR 2032 will power the unit for 3 years.
Number of Channels: 1 Channel (Electrode)
Isolation: Input Ground directly connected to Output Ground. If Galvanic Isolation is required it has to be provided on the receiving side.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 100 x 68 x 50 mm with two 15 mm flanges (the flanges have four 5.5 mm fixing holes), IP 65 / NEMA 4.
Transfer Function:
Variant a: 1 to 1 Input to Output transfer.
Variant b: 1 to 5 Input to Output transfer, which gives higher accuracy and noise-immunity for Ion-selective measurements.

Battery Powered D.O. Transmitter
TRA-DO1-B1a
Input: Galvanic Dissolved Oxygen Sensor via 4-way Mini DIN Connector.
Output: Voltage signal via BNC Connector (Refer to Transfer Function below).
Power Supply: For Transfer Functions with an output range up to ±3000 mV and 4 Li-Mn batteries, CR 2032 will power the unit for 6 months.
Number of Channels: 1 Channel (Galvanic D.O. Sensor).
Isolation: Input Ground directly connected to Output Ground. If Galvanic Isolation is required it has to be provided on the receiving side.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 100 x 68 x 50 mm with two 15 mm flanges (the flanges have four 5.5 mm fixing holes), IP 65 / NEMA 4.
Transfer Function: 0 to 10 µA Input range corresponds to
0 to +1000 mV at the Output.

Output: 4-20 mA via 2 Screw Terminals

Power Supply: Loop-powered with 12 to 36 V DC.
Number of Channels: 1 Channel.
Isolation: Isolation has to be provided on the receiving side.
Enclosure: Green ABS, dimensions: 80 x 60 x 26 mm, IP 60, suitable for wide or narrow DIN-Rails.
Transfer Function: -1000 mV to +1000 mV input gives
4-20 mA Output.
For orders of 10+ other input ranges are available.

TRA-PH1-C1b (similar to Fig. 2)
Input: pH-, ORP-, Ion-selective Electrode via BNC connector.
Output: 4-20 mA via 2 PCB Terminals, Cable Inlet for cables with 4 to 10 mm Diameter via IP 65 Cable Gland.

Power Supply: Loop-powered with 12 to 36 V DC.
Number of Channels: 1 Channels.
Isolation: Isolation has to be provided on the receiving side.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 115 x 90 x 55 mm,
IP 65, with fixture holes isolated from the compartment of the enclosure.
Transfer Function: -1000 mV to +1000 mV electrode Input gives 4-20 mA Output.
For orders of 10+ other input ranges are available.

TRA-PHT2-C1b (see Fig. 2)
Input: pH-, ORP-, Ion-Selective Electrode via BNC connector.
PT1000 Temperature Sensor via special 2-way connector.
Output: Two times 4-20 mA via 2 PCB Terminals, Cable Inlet for cables with 4 to 10 mm Diameter via IP 65 Cable Gland.

Power Supply: Loop-powered with 7.5 to 36 V DC (Supply to Output).
Number of Channels: 2 Channels.
Isolation: Galvanic Isolation has to be provided on the receiving side. Independent power supply for each 4-20 mA loop.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 115 x 90 x 55 mm
IP65, with fixture holes isolated from the compartment of the enclosure.

Transfer Function: -1000 mV to +1000 mV input gives 4-20 mA Output. 0 °C to 100 °C Temperature gives 4 to 20 mA Output.

TRA-DOT2-C1b (similar to Fig. 2)
Input: Galvanic Dissolved Oxygen Sensor with built-in PT1000 Temperature sensor via a 4-way Mini DIN connector.
Output: Two times 4-20 mA via 2 PCB Terminals, Cable Inlet for cables with 4 to 10 mm Diameter via IP 65 Cable Gland.

Power Supply: Loop-powered with 7.5 to 36 V DC (Supply to Output).
Number of Channels: 2 Channels.
Isolation: Galvanic isolation has to be provided on the receiving side. Independent power supply for each 4-20 mA loop
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 115 x 90 x 55 mm,
IP65, with fixture holes isolated from the compartment of the enclosure.

Power Supply: Wide-range 24 V DC power supply. 18V DC to 36 V DC are accepted. 200 mA power consumption.
Number of Channels: 1 Channel.
Isolation: The input is fully isolated from the Output and the Power Supply.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 200 x 120 x 75 mm, IP 65, with opaque or transparent lid, with fixture holes isolated from the compartment of the enclosure.

Transfer Function: A range of 15 gain-settings and 15 Offset-settings together with Gain-polarity and Offset-polarity allows to adjust to any Electrode Input Range between -1000 mV and +1000 mV. This "Zoom-function" makes precise Ion-selective measurements possible.
Digital Display: A built-in Digital Display makes precise adjustments and Calibration easy.

PT1000 Temperature Sensor via special 2-way Connector.

Output: Serial Output (RS232 and RS485).

Power Supply: Wide-range 24 V DC power supply. 18V DC to 36 V DC are accepted. 200 mA power consumption.
Number of Channels: 2 Channels (1 Electrode + Temperature).
Isolation: The input is fully isolated from the Output and the Power Supply.
Enclosure:
Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 200 x 120 x 75 mm, IP 65, with opaque or transparent lid, with fixture holes isolated from the compartment of the enclosure.
