| Description |
- These Compact
and Cost-effective Instruments are suitable for Sample Measurements
and continuous Real-time Monitoring of D.O. and Temperature.
- These Dissolved
Oxygen Monitors are connected to PCs with MS Windows operating
systems via RS232 or USB Serial Data Transmission
- Each Dissolved
Oxygen Monitors comes with a Software which enables the user
to Calibrate, Display and Store the Sensor Signals and the resulting
Parameter Values
- The Data
Acquisition Rate can be selected over a wide range
- Display
of Date and Time for each Measurement.
- The Data
are stored in Text form and can be viewed, edited or exported
to Excel or any other Software

| Features |
- Select
models for Galvanic D.O. Sensors or models for Polarographic
D.O. Sensors
- Simple,
transparent Communication Protocol enables the customer to write
his own Software: e.g. by using LabVIEW, Daisy Lab, C++, Visual
Basic, etc.

- Dimensions
& Weight:
1 & 2-Channel version:
Dimensions: Length- 160 mm, Width- 95 mm and
Height- 36 mm.
Weight: 400 g.
4-Channel version:
Dimensions: Length- 280 mm, Width- 140 mm and
Height-
40 mm.
Weight: 700 g.
- Enclosure
Material: ABS
- Protection
Class: IP62 / NEMA2
- Power
Supply:
12 V DC, 200 mA
Connector: DC Power socket, 2.1 mm, Centre is positive.
Each instrument comes with a country specific mains Adaptor.
- Sensor
Connections:
All Sensor Connectors are arranged on the Front Panel of the
instruments for easy access:
BNC sockets for pH-, ORP- and Ion-selective Electrodes.
2 mm Banana sockets for external Reference Electrodes.
4-way Mini-DIN sockets for Dissolved Oxygen Sensors (with or
without built-in Temperature Sensor).
6-way DIN sockets for Conductivity Cell (2-Electrode cells).
Isolated 3.5 mm sockets (Mono-Audio) for Temperature Sensors.
- Galvanic
Isolation:
The Sensor Amplifiers are fully galvanically isolated from Power
Supply and the Data Transmission to the Computer.
Versions are available where the Channels are galvanically isolated
from each other to avoid interferences and ground loops.
If a Channel-to-Channel isolation is necessary, it depends on
the measuring configuration.
In cases where the measurements are performed in separate glass
or plastic vessels a Channel-to-Channel isolation is required.
We can advise you for the optimal solution regarding cost-effectiveness
and accuracy of measurement.
- Sensor
Amplifiers:
D.O.: The Sensor Amplifiers are high Sensitivity Nano
/ Micro Ampere instrumentation Amplifiers, suitable especially
for our D.O. sensors.
For Dissolved Oxygen measurements, please tell us the type of
the Sensors being used. We can supply Amplifiers from 10 nA
100 µA, for Galvanic or Polarographic Sensors.
Temperature: We can supply Temperature Amplifiers for
Thermistor Temperature Sensors (NTC), for Pt1000 and Pt100 Temperature
Sensors.
- Sensors:
D.O.: Accepts Galvanic and Polarographic Dissolved Oxygen
Sensors. Please specify the Type and Make of the preferred sensor.
If sensors of other manufacturers are selected, please provide
us with the necessary information.
Temperature: Accepts Temperature Sensor with Pt1000 or
Pt100 or Thermistor sensor element.
- Measuring
Range, Resolution and Accuracy:
For Dissolved Oxygen Measurements the Range, Resolution
and Accuracy depends on the type of the D.O. Sensor type.
Temperature:
Range:
0 to 100°C
Resolution:
0.1°C
Accuracy:
±0.2°C in the range of 10°C to 70°C
±0.5°C
in the range of 0°C to 100°C
Our NTC Temperature sensors can be exchanged without re-calibration.
Automatic Temperature Compensation can be activated when Temperature
sensors are connected.
- Measurement
and Sampling Rates:
The system does not allow fast measurements. The conversion
time of the integrating A/D converter for one channel is 100
ms (Milli seconds).
The channels are measured sequentially and the sampling rate
can be selected.
For 1 & 2 -channel monitoring systems the shortest measurement
cycle time is 1 second.
For a 4-channel monitoring system the shortest measurement cycle
time is 2 seconds.
- Conformance
Marking and Safety: The system is CE and WEEE marked and
fulfils all standard safety (not medical) regulations.
