The Amplifiers are suitable for harsh environmental conditions.
The Diagram below shows one of the possible combinations of Sensor Amplifiers and their connection to Sensors and Data Logger:

Battery Powered pH / ORP / Ion Sensor Amplifier
TRA-IS1-B1a (See Fig.1)
Input: pH-, ORP-, Ion-Selective Electrode via BNC Connector.
Output: Voltage Signal via BNC Connector (Refer to Transfer Function below).
Power Supply: For Transfer Functions with an output range up to ±3000 mV and 4 Li-Mn batteries, CR 2032 will power the unit for 3 years.
Number of Channels: 1 Channel (Electrode)
Isolation: Input Ground directly connected to Output Ground. If Galvanic Isolation is required it has to be provided on the receiving side.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 100 x 68 x 50 mm with two 15 mm flanges (the flanges have four 5.5 mm fixing holes), IP 65 / NEMA 4.
Transfer Function:
Variant a: 1 to 1 Input to Output transfer.
Variant b: 1 to 5 Input to Output transfer, which gives higher accuracy and noise-immunity for Ion-selective measurements.
 
Battery Powered D.O. Sensor Amplifier
TRA-DO1-B1a (See Fig.2)
Input: Galvanic Dissolved Oxygen Sensor via 4-way Mini DIN Connector.
Output: Voltage signal via BNC Connector (Refer to Transfer Function below).
Power Supply: For Transfer Functions with an output range up to ±3000 mV and 4 Li-Mn batteries, CR 2032 will power the unit for 6 months.
Number of Channels: 1 Channel (Galvanic D.O. Sensor).
Isolation: Input Ground directly connected to Output Ground. If Galvanic Isolation is required it has to be provided on the receiving side.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 100 x 68 x 50 mm with two 15 mm flanges (the flanges have four 5.5 mm fixing holes), IP 65 / NEMA 4.
Transfer Function: 0 to 10 µA Input range corresponds to
0 to +1000 mV at the Output.

EC-LOG-EA1A (See Fig.3)
Input: pH-, ORP-, Ion-selective Electrode via BNC Connector.Temperature Sensor via special connector.
Output: Voltage signal via PCB Terminals. IP 65 Cable Glands for Cable Entry.
Power Supply: 2 Lithium Manganese Batteries, Size AA, 3 V, 2400 mA, can be stored for 5 years. Batteries last for 6 months operation.
Number of Channels: 1 Electrode Channel and 1 Pt1000 Temperature Channel.
Isolation: Input Ground directly connected to Output Ground.
Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions: 115 x 90 x 55 mm, 4 fixing holes (4 mm diameter) separated from the compartment, IP 65 / NEMAY
Transfer Function: Adjustable Gain and Offset (especially for Ion measurement)
Electrode Gain: 1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, maximum Output Voltage ±2000 mV. For a Pt1000 Temperature Sensor the Output Range of 0 to 1000 mV corresponds to 0°C to 10
0°C.

EC-LOG-DO1a
Input: Galvanic D.O. Sensor with built-in Pt1000 Temperature Sensor via 4-way Mini DIN Connector.
Output: Voltage signal via PCB Terminals. IP 65 Cable Glands for Cable Entry.
Power Supply: 2 Lithium Manganese Batteries, Size AA, 3 V, 2400 mA, can be stored for 5 years. Batteries last for 6 months operation.
Number of Channels: 1 Galvanic D.O. Sensor Channel and 1 Pt1000 Temperature Channel.

Enclosure: Cream colour ABS, dimensions:120 x 120 x 57 mm, 4 fixing holes (4 mm diameter) separated from the compartment, IP 65 / NEMAY.
Transfer Function: Adjustable Gain: 1000 mV Output for 100 nA, 500 nA, 2 µA, 10 µA.
For a Pt1000 Temperature Sensor the Output of 0 to 1000 mV corresponds to 0°C to 100°C.
Special Versions: versions for Polarographic D.O. Sensors are available, please provide Sensor data.
